Defects 
If your item has quality defects, or breaks unreasonably fast we will gladly perform an exchange. Please fill out the form HERE. We will contact you via email to arrange shipping of a replacement item.
You will have 2 weeks to submit an exchange request from the date you receive your item. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. 
Exchange 
If you would like to exchange your item due to wrong fit, you will have 7 days to return the item from the date you received it. Please select IMPROPER FIT in this form. We suggest that you place an order for the item that you want in exchange before returning your original purchase, to ensure the item you want is in stock/ available. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in new condition with original packaging- used items cannot be returned. Items cannot be worn, washed or altered. 

  

Refunds
Due to the nature of our business we are only able to offer in-store credit only. Our gloves are highly customized, have a 2 month lead time and one design has over 20 variations: Men's, Women's, Right and Left hands, and 10 sizes. Thank you for your understanding. 

Shipping
  • Defects
Send us a picture of the item in the form under the defect section above and there will be no need to ship the item back (unless we ask you to do so after our internal review). We will ship you a new item free of charge  
  • Exchanges 
We offer free shipping on exchanges due to sizing or defects. If you would like to exchange it for a different design or if you ordered the wrong hand orientation you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
